Description: In an interactive and engaging session, participants will recognize and understand why and how we think the way we do and how it impacts the quality of our work. Our mindset may influence our resiliency, openness to change, long-term success, and even overall happiness and wellbeing. This session will include inspirational and thought-provoking discussions around limiting beliefs, the negativity bias, and a growth mindset.
Bio: As a senior consultant at The Prouty Project, Kristin Jonason engages her clients by designing and delivering thoughtful leadership development programs and facilitating impactful strategic planning processes. Kristin specializes in the area of Positive Psychology, the scientific study of well-being and human flourishing. She aims to integrate elements, research, and interventions from Positive Psychology into all her client engagements to increase their individual and organizational well-being while improving employee engagement. Kristin is a keynote speaker focused on topics such as wellbeing, positivity, mindset, emotional intelligence, and change management. Kristin has her Masters in Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in psychology from DePauw University. Kristin is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) through her training at the Mayo Clinic.
